Snow Packet for Thursday the 9th:

1.  Spelling- Copy your spelling list once. 

2.  Use at least 5 spelling words to write a story about building a secret ice city while outside playing in the snow.  Have fun with your story, but don't be silly, this is graded! Write at least one 5 sentence paragraph.  You may write more if you would like! 

3.  Language- Nouns are people, places, things, or ideas. 

 Look over the 5 sentences you wrote yesterday for spelling class.  Circle at least 5 nouns in those sentences.  

Verbs show action, state of being, or help action verbs.  Every sentence has to have one! Look over your sentences from spelling again and underline the verbs.  

                       You may use colored pencils to designate nouns and verbs with certain colors instead of circling and underlining. 

3.  Math- Open the link again, and do pages 8 and 20 only.
